INTRODUCTIONStrategic management plays an important role for individuals in order to formulate andimplement the major goals initiatives. These initiatives further help them in setting their futuregoals and objectives which will help them in achieving their own aims. Internal and externalenvironment help person to achieve their mission precisely (Eden and Ackermann, 2013). Priorpaper work need to be done and a person has to think that where he/she stands themselves incoming years in terms of growth and development. Researcher currently working as a healthadvisor in Vocare but now it is time to switch the working and the organisation chosen for thesame is Care UK. This document will majorly emphasize on striking and knowing different skills whichindividual has gained while working in NHS. This will boost the researcher morale and withthese skills there will be many growth possibilities. This present report will focus on major keyaspects of change event. Document will also showcase experience explaining what individualhas learned from the work experience.BODYChange is usually considered as a major aspect for individuals as with it, they stimulatetheir growth and make better progress for their future life. There are many change events existsat the time of working and it is necessary for a person to learn from each and everything andimply the same at new work place where he/she intends to work (Powell and et.al., 2013). Thiswill excel their productivity and will gain better outcome in terms of their future growth. NHS inUK is a public funded health care system and is known as National Health Services (NHS). Inthis, there is involvement of four government units namely Scottish, Welsh, Ireland and UK.From the view point of Glynn and Perkins (2013) there exist almost 1.6 million employeesworking for NHS. These individuals can be in form of doctor, nurses and caretakers. Workingfor NHS tends to give proud feeling because caring for the patients is one of the deeds whichindividual will get when they care for them. According to Rosenbaum-Elliott and et.al (2015) good communication and observation isone of the major skills which I have learnt while working with NHS. Communication plays animportant role and it is found that it is necessary for the person to understand that what problempatients are facing. Solving them with better procurement and treatment will make that person tobe loyal for the hospital whenever they get ill for the next time. Caretakers’ role is to understand
