Vision, mission and values:
The mission, vision and values of the organization is the formation of certain
strategies that would help them to grow their business in the future. They intend to follow the
crux of their business. The organization comprises of certain goals that are a big challenge for
the organization. The mission of the organization is to fulfil those. The value of the
organization is to implement certain improvements that will be a great benefit for the
organization. In order to make this possible the organization aims at having right people in
the organization. One of the most effective strategy to accomplish the goal is to provide the
resources like the physical resource, the financial as well as the human and the time resource
to the employees. In order to make the mission, goals and values of the organization the
senior managers have realized that this could be achieved only through the continuous
process of improvement (Rosenkrantz et al. 2016).
The continuous improvement process is an ongoing effort in order to improve the
products and the services or the process of working in an organization. This process includes
the features like feedback, efficiency and evolution. According to Kaizen, the key features of
the process is the improvements that can be made on small changes rather than the huge
changes.
It is a helpful process in the business plan of the organization as it takes feedback
from the employees and therefore the employees will be more responsible towards their
work. This will serve as a motivation which is an essential factor in improving the state of
business of an organization (Rochepeau et al. 2016).

The organization deals with the medical products. They initially market three distinct
products, they are the devices that are used for endoscopy that is usually used for the
dissolving of the tissue. They also deal with other endoscopy devices that is used for suction
and the removal of the tissue. They concentrate more on innovation that develops the internal
technology. The organization employs the medquip technology which is a super-Elastic band
innovation. Their major product is the Visi-Band that is designed for multiple band litigation.
The organization plans to design an effective advertisement strategy. It aims at providing a
structured training program for their employees and the supervisors. The organization intends
to make their products available in the market. They intend to have multiple branches across
the globe and huge chain of distributors (Moscicki and Tandon 2017).
Continuous improvement procedures:
The continuous improvement process is the process of continuous development and
continuous evaluation. This includes a continuous policy of improvement. The method can be
applied in BiOpz where the employees will have the chance of redefining the way to do
things in order to make their work efficient. Involving in the improvement process implies
the fact that all the volunteers and the staffs can have the potential to contribute in the process
of continuous improvement. The procedures that is included in the process is collecting the
feedback, identifying the areas of improvement, planning for bringing about a change in the
future and communicating the change. This also includes the evaluation of the changes. The
further step includes making the planned changes and the final changes include the
importance of the communication. The volunteers are communicated about the changes that
is essential for the growth of the organization (Chadha 2017).
