Position of organization in current market
Sitel Group is a contract center that provides outsourced sales, technical support,
customer service, and many other kinds of business processes to large organizations. They
have established themselves and are sustaining within existing market (Quezada and et.al.,
2019).

Effects of existing plans on an organization
The effects of the strategic plans on Sitel helps in evaluating the aspects through
which the strategies are implemented and this initiates the business in analyzing the steps
for monitoring, controlling and implementing the plans which are being considered at large
scale.

Relationship among corporate, business and operational strategies
All the three strategies which are corporate, business and operational are
interrelated with each other which aims at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the
Sitel Group operations (Namaki, 2018).

Applicability of strategic models and tools to develop strategic options for
organization
Strategic model which is being used for the strategic options for Sitel is SWOT analysis
which helps in analyzing the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. SWOT
analysis model which has been applied helps in knowing the basis through which the
strategic decisions are being taken for the Sitel Group is initiating the changes to be
observed at large scale (Niedderer and et.al., 2017).

Evaluation of strategic options for an organization
Evaluation of the strategic option which is made available helps in denoting how
effectively and in appropriate manner the strategy is being implemented (Cieslik and et.al.,
2021).

Weakness
 External sources like the
environment and political
interference within company
impacting growth.

within company.

 Marketing expansion will help in
growth of business.
 New strategies' implementation.
Threat
 Competitors are the major threat
for the Sitel Group (Vun, 2021).
