Max Lionel Realty has three branches, these are Residential, Commercial and
Investment. Each of these branches have separate managers in charge to conduct and manage the
day to day affairs of these branches. It is the overall leadership of the organization that would
have to accommodate the work of different branches under the leadership of the tree different
managers to achieve the overall objectives of the organization. For an organization to succeed it
is important that the different departments of the organization cooperate with each other. In this
case the three different branches must cooperate with each other to enable the organization to
achieve the overall objective of the organization.
In order to ensure that the overall leadership accommodates the operations of different branches
and manage the other operations in the organization it is important to have a clear understanding
about the overall objectives of the organization. In order to provide proper leadership in all
