global pandemic. In the crisis of pandemic there is an increased utilization of technology
(Berman, Cano-Kollman and Mudambi, 2022). The current study shows that Lewsey Nursery
which is a reputative institute in educational sector based in Radnor Road, Luton, England. There
is an analysis on the way transformation is done among the companies because of the effect of
global pandemic. However, there are some different effective strategies for overcoming form the
effects of Covid-19.

The current study of understanding the effect of Covid-19 in the organisational transformation
explained by the researcher is about analysing the way an organisation’s work environment is to
be transformed for handling the effect of the pandemic crisis. However, the researcher has also
developed efficient strategies to handle the effect of pandemic crisis. In the relative context, this
study is showcased in the form of knowledge and skills like communication, data analysis,
presentation and some more. In this report the researcher has a knowledge to simply develop and
make strong the career for the future time (Dalcher, 2022).

organisational transformation. Other than this I come to know about the ways Covid-19 is
impacting the organisation. Accordingly, I will be able to make my communicational skills to be
enhanced in the research project. By examining this research work I have an opportunity to
communicate with many people. Consequently, the fear inside me for speaking in public was
decreases and now I am able to convey my thoughts to all the people. My time management
skills were enhanced by the work of existing project (Misra and Kumar, 2022). Then I use to
make some schedules in the whole project to accomplish it on the time which will enhance my
time management skills so then I will be capable of submitting my all assignments on time.
