INTRODUCTION
The workplace transformation is defined as the recent and advance techniques that gives a
flexible way for the workers so as to do the given work effectively. It provides the creativity as
well as innovation in the organisation. Since the functioning has some fluctuations because of the
global pandemic. In the crisis of pandemic there is an increased utilization of technology
(Berman, Cano-Kollman and Mudambi, 2022). The current study shows that Lewsey Nursery
which is a reputative institute in educational sector based in Radnor Road, Luton, England. There
is an analysis on the way transformation is done among the companies because of the effect of
global pandemic. However, there are some different effective strategies for overcoming form the
effects of Covid-19.
TASK 1
P1. Project aims as well as objectives
Project Aim – “To analyse the directions of transformation occurring among all the companies.”
A case study based on Lewsey Nursery.
Research Objectives
To interpret the study of workplace transformation as well as the effect of the crisis on
the transformation techniques in the organisation.
To analyse the issues and problems faced by Lewsey Nursery in the transformation in the
organisation (Church and Naugler, 2022).
To make different effective strategies so as to mitigate the negative effect of the crisis on
Lewsey Nursery in an effective manner.
Rational for study –
The current study of understanding the effect of Covid-19 in the organisational transformation
explained by the researcher is about analysing the way an organisation’s work environment is to
be transformed for handling the effect of the pandemic crisis. However, the researcher has also
developed efficient strategies to handle the effect of pandemic crisis. In the relative context, this
study is showcased in the form of knowledge and skills like communication, data analysis,
presentation and some more. In this report the researcher has a knowledge to simply develop and
make strong the career for the future time (Dalcher, 2022).

The study of organisational transformation and the effect of crisis on the transformational
work at the workplace.
As per the author, Dery, Sebastian and Van der Meulen, 2017, the organisation’s
transformation is about using update and advance strategies which will make whole task methods
in a simpler way. The organisational transformation is mainly about the rise in flexibility in the
company where the workers can simply work in their roles in a right way. Additionally, the
Covid-19 has boosted the number of remotely working people. Then most of the workers are
resulting to be interested in their jobs to work from their convenient environment. Since the
global crisis had led to the impact on transformational work in the company (Fang and Yuan,
2022).
Issues and problems faced by Lewsey Nursery in the work of transformation in the
organisation
As per the author George and Bajbair 2021, the study of transformation in the known
working area is not that simple. The organisations have to face some problems in providing the
transformation internally in the workplace. The prevention from workers is another issue faced
by Lewsey Nursery in the period of transformation. Another issue for the productivity of the
workers is impacted because of the transformational work as the employees are not used to for
the activities to be performed at workplace. Therefore, the challenges have simply impacted the
growth and achievement of the organisation (Haller, 2022).
Effective strategies so as to mitigate the negative effect of the crisis at Lewsey Nursery in an
effective manner
As per the author named, Annapurna and Murty, 2019, it is to be evaluated that the
organisational transformation has led to many challenges for the organisation. So, taking in
concern some measures there is a possibility in fall of effectiveness of Covid-19 in the
organisational workplace. So, the training is much necessary strategy which has to be acquired
by the organisation to rise in the potential of the workers. Additionally, they can acquire the
economical and non-monetary inspirational strategies to motivate the workforce in their tasks for
the transformation of environment. So, they acquire such strategies for which Lewsey Nursery is
able to handle the crisis of pandemic in an effective manner (Kiran, 2022).

P2 Project management plan
It is to be explained that the formal document which contains of the necessary tasks and
information needed so as to research about it. The project management plan includes some
different factors that are explained below in the relevance to the current study –
Scope – It is evaluated about the current study which has a broad scope in the
organisational environment’s transformation so as to make the organisation do their tasks
and maintain the fluctuations of the business environment. Other than this the
organisation has to make achievement and success to gain the competitive benefit in the
market (Narkar and Naik, 2022).
Cost – It is the necessary factor that advantages the researcher to do their work in a
timely manner. Other than this the investigator has to set a budget rate before they do
study work (Shibata, Bab and Suzuki, 2022).
Time – It is known as an essential factor which advantages in the accomplishment of the
research work in a set time. In the current study there is a Gantt chart formed that states
the tasks against time and makes sure of the accomplishment of the research on time.
Quality – In the relevance to the current study, the data is arranged from the valid and
dependable sources that states a high-quality data, other than this the data has to be
arranged directly through the source which directs to the positive consequences.
Risk – This factor is related to the current study about the least time, lack of resources
and ineffective time management. So as to form enhance and evaluate the risks before
making the research to enhance a backup plan and handle the risks in effectively.
Communication – There are some simple needs so as to accomplish the study according
to the guidelines. It is important to convey the purpose, motive and objectives for the
research in stakeholders. Hence this is the duty of the investigator to convey the project
tasks to the stakeholders effectively (Licorish and et. al., 2022).
Resources – It is evaluated that it is necessary for the researcher to make sure about the
presence of the resource in an effective manner. The resources can be like stationary,
laptop, finance, skilled worker and so on. This can advantage in the accomplishment of
the tasks in a timely manner.

It is explained by all the project work in relative to the time period set. It is demonstrated
that Gantt chart consists of the start time as well as end time of every task that will help in the
accomplishment of study in the particular time set (Udayakumar, 2022). The Gantt chart for the

It is explained as the project management tool which advantages in providing the full task
into a part of activity that will benefit in performing research study in a proper as well as
