placed by new employees. In addition to this, measuring employee turnover can be helpful
to employers that want to examine reasons for turnover or estimate the cost-to-hire for
budget purposes (Bufquin and et. al., 2017). Blanket references to turnover can be
confusing; therefore, specific definitions and calculations for employee turnover may be
useful to human resources practitioners. Over the years, contractual construction business
industry is dealing with ample number of problems where high employee turnover ratio is
considered as one of the crucial aspect that has impacted negatively on overall performance
level of the companies that are dealing within the industry. It has also been analysed to that,
the main reason of high employee turnover ratio is rapid changes among different aspects like
technology, where it is must for staff to get trained and this builds fear among their mind set
of losing job (Nie, Lämsä and Pučėtaitė, 2018). This research is based on Ecotherm
Contracting LLC which is part of construction industry. It is located at Backside of Madinat
Zayed shopping centre Abu Dhabi, U.A.E- Abu Dhabi- United Arab Emirates. This research
will going to discuss impact as well as challenges of Employees turnover on business firm.

Rational of research
This research will provide assistance in understanding overall concept of employment
turnover ration in effective manner. It will also help me in conducting research in future

within effective manner. Apart from this, with the assistance of this I will be able to work as
an HR manager within an organisation in future.

Challenges company face due to high employee turnover ratio
As per the views of (Ariyabuddhiphongs and Kahn, 2017), it has been determine that
there are numerous challenges which company face due to high employee turnover ratio.
Such as reducing moral of existing employees, in resining responsibilities of staff because of
lack in trained staff, decreasing productivity and many more (Tandung, 2016).
Impact of high turnover ratio on company
According to the views of (Dutta and Khatri, 2017), it has been analysed that
employees turnover have wide impact on working of an business firm as overall activity of
company get disturb when they existing employees leave and they have to hire new (Xu and
et. al., 2018). Along with this, it result in bad impact on brand image in market, reducing
productivity, less profitability and many more.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
It defines as the system that has suitable principles considering the specific methodology
that leads to solve significant issues and problems considering the scope of prominent data
and discipline (Tandung, 2016). It describes the significance techniques that are useful in
analysing selecting processing and determining the data and information considering the
specific topic.
Research strategy
This strategy described that the researcher devised in order to gather information by
considering the methods of research that depends on the types of Investigation on the grounds

of its objective of the study. Considering this the qualitative and quantitative are the two
significant kinds of Data Collection methods.
 Qualitative method helps in collecting the information that leads to describe the
prominent topic in deep manner and also helps in understanding the concept of the
particular topic in order to come up with suitable findings. Basically, qualitative
method is adopted by any researcher then it delivers the data based on feelings,
perceptions, and some of the other aspects (Saaroni and et. al., 2018). Including this, it
has been analysed to that this type of methodology if adopted by investigator then it
do not focuses on numbers as that is considered as the part of quantitative data
methodology.
 Quantitative research methodology described as the procedure considering the
numeric manner and also leads to describe it with the help of stats and mathematical
ways. Specifically, the research outcomes that pulls out with the help of this type of
research methodology then it stays exact because it comes out in the numbers.
Therefore, by considering the perspective of researcher qualitative research is used
because it officer significant direction and understanding regarding the specific area (Sabri,
Zarei and Harland, 2019). The reason behind choosing qualitative research is that the topic
which has been taken into consideration is specifically focusing upon the perceptions of staff
members of the company e towards different changes that they make in order to build high-
rise and hospitality buildings.
Research approach
It is the significant aspect of the research methodology as it prominently offers the clear
direction to the investigator in order to pursue the research in effective manner. This section
is classified among the two significant research approaches which are prominent enough to
offer the effective direction to the investigator. In respect of this it is classified within the
deductive and inductive research approach and the selection of approach is depends on the
type of research (Özerdem and Bowd, 2016). By considering, the present area of
Investigation qualitative research method is applied by the investigator as it is effective and
helps in offering detailed information by considering the various theories and hypothesis.
Data collection
It is the prominent tool in order to achieve growth and success in the research and it is
broadly classified into two sources that are primary and secondary source of Data Collection.

 Primary source is relevant regarding the accretion of information for the first time in
a while considering various methods like questionnaire observation survey interview
and so forth.
 Secondary source is prominent in order to collect the data that has been already
existed with the help of having various theoretical frameworks and for this data is
collected by published research articles internet sources books and many more (Ullah
and Ameen, 2018).
Therefore, from the perspective of researcher both primary and secondary source of
data is considered as both of them are help in collecting relevant and reliable result.
Population and sampling
Data sampling method is considered as the significant part of the investigation as it is
not possible for the researcher to organise do research by considering prominent suggestions
of various people. In terms of this the researcher need to eliminate the significant population
into small samples in order to analyse the perspective of people. In terms of this the sample
taken by the investigator is from the 40 respondents in order to get better vision regarding the
research. Along with this data sampling is considered as the significant section of the
research work by considering the replicates from the original people. Data sampling describe
the two significant aspects that are probabilistic and non probabilistic sampling and
considering the present research random sampling is applicable to get the suitable outcome.
With the help of random sampling methodology e, researcher will be considering 40
respondents in order to pull out favourable outcomes in relation to the chosen topic.
Data analysis
Data analysis refers to the significant process that is undertaken by the researcher in
order to gather suitable data and information regarding the study and also leads to describe
and interpret the prominent vision through it (Bleiker, and et. al., 2019). From the perspective
of researcher both the sources are relevant and effective enough to collect data and prominent
information with the help of various ways considering the utilisation of questionnaire with 40
respondents. In present context, the respondents will be employees of the company that has
been taken into consideration in order to conduct investigation. Questionnaire will be
considering as the crucial primary tool which will help conducting thematic analysis of the
data which has been accumulated from the respondents.

STATEMENT OF ETHICS
This is considered as one of the crucial aspect of every single investigation because
any sort of activity done in an unethical manner may lead the whole investigation to deal with
ample number of problems. While performing the research the investigator need to consider
various types of ethical considerations and issues that are required in order to eliminate the
risk and also helps in getting positive result towards the significant research topic. Along with
this the primary problem that should be faced by the consent of respondents is describe the
use of techniques considering the organisation of research regarding the particular topic.
Along with this it is also useful from the perspective and consent from the respondents that
the problem can be significant to resolve by getting and delivering the prominent information
considering the significant data and also analyse how it should be utilised. Therefore in order
to resolve the prominent problems the research need to consider the authorised website from
the government in order to get the prominent and reliable information. It is important for
investigator to ensure that each and every step of research will conduct within effective. So
that, it will not have any negative impact overall research as well as information and data will
gained in effective manner. Most important is that investigator have to ensure that gathered or
collected information and data will not share with third party because it include personal
detail of respondents. Respondents will only share their information and data with
investigators when they feel that there is safe and will not discussed with anyone else.

Recommendation
For an organisation high employment turnover ratio is big deal and it is important for
them to deal with such issues in effective manner. Thus, in relation of Ecotherm Contracting
LLC there are some recommendation explanation of which are as follows :-
 Ecotherm Contracting LLC have to implement some motivation tools and techniques
within their working because these will provide assistance in managing employees
within effective manner and also result in accomplishing goals as well as objectives.
 Along with this, training and development session is important because employees
feel fear when Ecotherm Contracting LLC implement latest technology within their
working. Thus, if they will get knowledge related to working on that particular
technology then they will able to work effectively and there fear will also reduce.
By implementing above recommendation in effective manner Ecotherm Contracting LLC
which result in reducing employment turnover ratio. Along with this, they will able to
conduct operations in effective manner and gain competitive advantages.
Conclusion
After going through overall discussion it has bee concluded that, it is essential for an
organisation to reduce employment turnover ration through which they are going. Because it
have wide impact on working of company in negative manner and in several other ways also
such as no growth, reducing profitability and so on. In relation to this, company have to
implement motivational tools so they motivate staff for long term retention, enhance
profitability as well as accomplish organisational goals and objectives.
