a. Develop and discuss a risk assessment plan for the foreseeable challenges ahead
In order to determine the risk assessment plan, it is important to identify the resources
that are keen to be built by the shipping company. The ship company is planning to pick up
the inland shipping in 1 day. Sailing to Circa will take 15 days. Local clearance will take 2
days. The company has to take the clearance report from the local authority. Now in order to
increase the development of resources in the loading and unloading of the goods (Bisogno et
al. 2015). It is important for the company to bring in highly skilled employees to help in the
loading and unloading of the goods. One of the challenge that the company is going to face is
that the ship will start of amidst hurricane. Due to this, the loading and unloading at the
Houston port will be problematic in nature.
Now this is one of the important concept because of the fact that during the stormy
weather, loading of vessels is problematic because of chance of damage due to wild ship.
Through the development of proper level of loading and unloading of cargo should highlight
the use of better level of activities. Due to industrial unrest in the Port of Guaira will face
problem in finding the coolies for loading and unloading. This will lead to the crisis of
loading and unloading that will make the shipper to face problems due to damaged ship and
incompetent crew. This will help the shipping company to dispatch the luggage and they will

Hurricane within the sea, the shipment of vessel to indulge a better and long route. In order to
minimise the rate of injury for the employees while making loading and unloading it is
important to use the Crain services at the port. Now in order to indulge the development of
resources, it has been seen that due to labour unrest it will impossible to get the manual
labour (Crainic et al. 2015). When a company is about to take shipping consignments then it

is not happening. Now it is important to identify strong Berge that will help in secured level
of berthing so that vessel can be tied strongly in order to protect from wild sea.
c. Describe the necessary shipping documents that are needed for clearance of cargo at
the port

d. Discuss the various payment options that the client can explore, highlighting the
advantages and disadvantages to both the shipper and the importer
Taking the advantage of various method of payment it is important for both importer
and shipper to bring an important aspect. The bank, on behalf of the applicant, issues an
irrevocable letter of credit to the beneficiary named in the letter of credit that is to be paid at
the port after the delivery of the cargo. The viable financing alternative is another important
payment method that is being taken by the cargo authorities (Huang and Lu, 2015). Using
this method, most of the importer is having flexible relationship with the disbursement of
cargo. The cons is that this method of payment is having chance of getting fraud. Since the
method is working under word of mouth thus it will bring in some importance to the level of
development of resources.
