of the firm. Changing taste and trend of customer become another challenge for the organisation
for example british customer highly attracted toward new product and market and hence it
becomes difficult for the firm to maintain customer share in changing business. Britain’s exist
from European union become another challenge for the firm as many of ingredients comes from
Europe and changing border taxes and custom duty effected on supply chain management

can grow by promotion strategy to attract large number of customer. Purchasing vehicles for
supply chain management can also benefit firm in increasing market share in changing business.
Communication system must be effective between various stakeholders so that strategy can be

successfully implemented. Firm invested in organic product and after covid large number of
customer become health conscious hence it can take it as an opportunity to expand business by
providing range of product. Workers in the firm must be informed that they will get higher
opportunity once they will be able to achieve higher target or new plan can be successfully
