international conference venues within Europe. For that, the report will define the recruitment
and selection strategy that helps the company to select best fit for a firm. It also evaluate
different reward systems that can be used for company to motivate employees. Lastly, report will
develop strategies to encourage employee engagement so that they enhance their performance.
Recruitment strategies to attract diverse team to City Central.
Use of social media
With the use of the social media as sources for the market diverse of the talents, for the
city central it helps to identify and targets the diversified candidates. For the effective
recruitment of the employee for the city central the use of the social media is more effective. One
of the major tool of social media for the effective recruitments is the LinkedIn (Sharma, and
Nagendra, 2017). On the LinkedIn the most of the accounts of the person are professional. With
the effective advertisement on the social media with the proper description of the job details this
strategies is to be used to attract diverse recruiter.
Establish diversity in the city central
The city central has to build their organization as a place for the diversity where they
have their Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities that are to be showcased to the web age
