The entity is working in different sectors such as entertainment, travel, sports, charity, hospitality, communication retail etc. External environment of virgin group For analysing the external environment of the virgin group PESTEL model is being used which a tool of strategic management. Components PoliticalVarious political aspects such as labour laws, taxation laws, trade related norms, some political dimensions such as Brexit has shown its great impact on the business. The company is operating the business in more than 35 nations and due to this diversity various political approaches have disclosed their great impact on the business.
