In recent year’suse of mobile phones increased at rapid pace and it is expected that in upcoming years also useof smartphones will increase at rapid pace. In the current report, main focus is one analysis ofphone market as well as internal and external environment. It can be observed from the chartgiven below that Grey firm’s market share is 23.28%. However, Green firm is slightly ahead ofGrey firm and its market share is 24.47%. Orange firm have market share of 4.49%. Apart fromthis, Blue firm’s market share is 17.02%. Highest market share is identified in case of Red firm30.75%. It can be said that Red firm have highest market share which is 30.75% then Green andGrey. It can be said that Green Company have second highest market share in the industry whichis analysed in the present research study.1
