In the recent time, number of people are facing health issues, because of high level of
stress, as it put negative impact on health and well-being (Zahoor and et.al., 2017). It can lead to
increase blood pressure, and become reason behind heart disease as well, regarding which
individual person require focusing on (Sandifer and Walker, 2018). Obesity, diabetes, and other
health issues, are considered as outcome of stress, which drive the attention of individual person
toward stress alleviation, in strategic manner.
Stress alleviation refers to the procedure of relieving stress that benefit individuals in
varied terms. It can affect positively upon a person well-being in term of relaxing their mind and
control blood pressure that keep heart healthy forever, which is quite essential for everyone to do
that. There are different types of techniques and approaches available in the world that a person
can prefer to utilize in appropriate manner (Joshi and Kiran, 2021). It can help them to cure the
pain and heal themselves successfully. In today's time, meditation is the best practice that
conduct in regard to stress alleviation, which relax mind and keep it clams all the day, from
beginning to the end of the day. Good physical exercise and nutrition, is also included in the list
of effective ways that individuals utilize for purpose of stress alleviation that impact heart the
most. It is fact that by preventing and managing long term stress can lead to lower risk for other
health issues such as depression, which can put negative impact on mental and physical well-
being of human.
Stress alleviation can reduce overburden upon mind and body, which help to live life
freely, without thinking twice about anything or any situation impact negatively upon health. It
can break the long term hold stress a person have on life, so they can be healthier, happier and
more productive than last few years or months (Sodhi and Hagerman, 2021). In can be said that
emotional stress is more difficulty and often stems from weigh-tiers case such as abuse, anxiety,
relationship, etc. By reducing stress, or eliminating causes behind that, a person can grow
rapidly, either in personal or professional life. It also helps to maintain the overall health and
improve blood pressure, which can impact positively upon mood of a person, who can live
around many people, and work with them (Beer and et.al., 2021). Stress alleviation can also
define as stress management, for which individuals conduct a lot of efforts and put initiatives to
reach desire outcomes. In the recent time, everyone is dealing with number of challenges and
