ABSTRACT
Yoga and meditation play crucial role in human being life because it is not only kept
people healthy but also leads mental stability. Yoga is a physical practice while meditation is
mindful practices. Yoga includes breathing, meditation and relaxation. Yoga helps to control on
blood pressure by involving physical activities of body. On the other hand, meditation
encompasses mindful exercises instead of physical exercises. It supports human to keep mind
resilience from stress by involving mindful exercise like concentration and focus on particular
subject. The main purpose of yoga and meditation is that it develops complete system of
physical, mental, social and spiritual development. This research covers research topic
