If anorganization wants to improve their branding sector, they need to find those employees who areable to promote their products and services in an effective way (Stahl et al.,2020). ForPharmay2U company, they need to establish a strong online platform where they can target moregroups of customers and sell more products. For this need, they need to recruit those employeeswho will be responsible for developing their web site and also for their maintenance. Source of recruitmentDifferent company recruits their employee from different sources. Some company recruits theiremployee from internal sources, which help them to save their cost. Some other companiesrecruit their employees from external sources where they need to spend an amount of money foradvertising and spend a huge time to select their required employees (Lopez-Cabrales etal.,2020). So, this process can also create some impact in recruitment planning. How HR management team of Pharmacy2U could ensure staff are retained in ownhealthcare settingStaff retaining is a process where a company can reduce its employee turnover rate. From thisprocess, a company can reduce the cost of its recruitment process. The HR management ofPharmacy2U company maintains some activities where they can retain their employees. Thoseare given below:EqualityTo retain their employee, they need to maintain equality for their all employee. In this case, theywon’t be able to divide their employees based on their gender, nationality, religion etc. Theyneed to judge their employees based on their performance and their progress rate. Work-life balanceThere are some companies who pressure their employee to do more work for their organizationwhich is a violation of work-life balance rules. To retain their employee, they need to maintain aproper work-life balance for their employee where employees can get enough time for theirfamilies (Bandivadekar et al.,2020). Without that, they won’t satisfy their employees, who canincrease their employee turnover rate. Enough remunerationTo reduce the turnover rate, companies need to pay enough salary for their employee. Somecountry set some remuneration rules where every company in their country need to pay aminimum wage which is set by their government (Wykes et al.,2019). Without that, a companywon’t be able to get more outcomes from their employees, and they can face their increasingemployee turnover rate also. Effective supervisionIn this section, every company needs to ensure some activities such as a one-way directionprocess, an effective communication process between their supervisor and their subordinate, andclear direction from their leader (Bartakova et al.,2017). Without that, a company won’t getenough outcome from their employee, and they will dissatisfy with these types of supervision. 6
