Introduction
This assignment mainly focused on the HR activities of a Small and medium-sized organization.
For this assignment, we select Pharmacy2U company which is a UK-based company established
at 1999. Its s a small and medium-sized organization who are mainly responsible for providing
online pharmacy services for their customers. Daniel Lee is the founder of this organization. To
maintain their all-organizational activities in systematic order, they follow HR activities. In this
assignment, we learn about what process they follow for their recruitment, what process they
follow to monitor their employees, the legal and ethical responsibility of their human resource
management, and a plan where they are managing their staff by arranging their required training
program.

own healthcare setting.
Pharmacy2U is a small and medium-sized organization where 200 people work together to
provide their services to their customers (Aust et al.,2020). To get skilful employee, every
company need to set a specific recruitment policy where they can get quality employees easily.
For planning for their recruitment process, they need to consider some factors; those are given
below:
