Four stakeholders of Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) Subsystem
Persons who are associated with the apparatus directly as well as indirectly are known as the
Stakeholders. The stakeholders who are involved in Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA)
subnetwork are:
A) Sellers – This is an external stakeholder who participates in the subnetwork by
allowing Amazon as a chance to trade his or products. The role of this type of
stakeholder is to launch their product in Amazon subnetwork.
B) Customers – This type of stakeholder are external who plays an important role in the
business who deals with purchase or buy of the products from various sellers all over
the amazon platform.
C) Fulfilment centre Managers – This type of stakeholders is in the executive level. This
type of stakeholders controls they products which are coming at the fulfilment centre
of amazon. Another role of this type of stakeholders is to identify the orders of the
customers and forward the orders to fulfilment centre which will be processed by
employee of the fulfilment centre.
D) Fulfilment centre Employees – This type of stakeholder falls in the operational
category. They are associated with the daily activities of the business which includes
putting up all commodities which are received from the centre manager and the seller.
They deal with the proper alignment of the product and put them to the fulfilment
centre. They also involve themselves in the delivery process of the product which are
ordered by the customers.
Description of use cases

1. Product comes at fullfilment centre: After the product is ordered by a
cusstomer, the seller arrives to the fulfilment centre and they drop the respective
product there.
2. Product organized at fullfilment centre: When the seller drop the product in the
fulfilment centre, it get processed by adding the product details at the fulfilment
centre of Amazon.
3. Amazon labels the products: The products which are provided by the sellere are
then properly tagged by Amazon.
4. Amazon ships the products: Products which are purchased by the customers are
then delivered to the respective customers.
5. Seller registers all products on amazon: The products are then registered on
fulfilment centre with various details like product type, product price.
6. Seller signs up on the portal of FBA: Seller registered themselves on the portal
of FBA to sell their products.
7. Customer purchases from the portal of the seller: FBA portal serves as the
customer’s market, where they can purchase any product.
8. Seller reviews the list: The list that are registered on the portal of FBA is
reviewed by the sellers.
9. Seller create the list of item: Seller make a file of the products that are to sold
under FBA.
10. Seller creates the shipping plan: Seller makes a plan to ship the product to the
customers successfully.
