1.2 MOV Statement
The MOV study is largely based on the development of an understanding of the
factors that have higher priority for the project and the deployment of the
understanding for the development of the successive alignment of the activities.
The MOV statement would form the deployment of the activities and it would
also form the utilization of effective development.
 Better – The online farm management system is more effective for
the development of the operations for Stud Farm
 Faster – The system would help in making the activities of the Stud

 Cheaper – The overall cost of the farm would be decreased due to

2.1 Scope
The scope of the project of Forming Online Farm Management System for Stud
Farm is given below,
a) Developing project plan that would be helpful for the development of the
farm management system
b) Analysis of the project plan feasibility in terms of cost and budget for Stud
farm
c) Making a list of required materials and human resources required for the
system development project
d) Procuring the resources on a term agreed by both the parties
e) Developing a sustainable design for the farm management system
f) Implementing the design for the development of the complete system
g) Aligning the required implementation plan for the system implementation
h) Forming the system testing and achieving expected test results
i) Developing training for the stud farm employees and staffs to ensure that
they use the system effectively
j) Completing the project in the estimated time and duration
2.2 Out of Scope
The activities like cost of transportation for the resource acquisition would be
paid by the contractor and the recruitment process are not included in the
project scope.
2.3 Assumptions
