Emirates appreciates the value of working to fulfill its internal and externalstakeholders in a socially responsible manner. Airlines should also ensure that theyfollow a holistic approach to corporate social responsibility in order to achieve long-term market sustainability. The research paper analyzes different CSR behaviors andtechniques that have been implemented by the company into its strategic humanresource management practices that are socially responsible. This article is split into different sections. The introduction part outlines the profile ofthe company, theories, and framework, the CSR strategy of Emirates, and the last partoutlines the conclusions and recommendations that should be considered by Emiratesto enhance its CSR strategy. 2.0 INTRODUCTIONOn October 25, 1985, Emirates Airlines, also known as United Arab EmiratesAirlines, was founded. To start the company's operation, Arab Airlinesloaned 10million US dollars to the government. There were only 2 leased airplanes and 3 routesat the time, and only 5 were created. A month later, in the blue sky, Emirates sent itsfirst plane.
