Student Name Student ID2 Abstract As we know that there is an increasing competition among associations and fast changes in business environment. Along these lines, the associations begin considering building up their execution as well as its processes. In such manner, Knowledge Management (KM) processes have turned out these days to turn into an association vital asset to the degree in which KM is seen as a base of success or failure of the project. The main objective of the report is to process KM process system in Frontier tourism organization for implementing VR app. (Karadsheh, L. & Mansour, 2009). It principally accentuates on project development phases like knowledge gathering, knowledge combination, knowledge application and so on. We have chosen VR implementation project because ongoing advancements in Virtual Reality (VR) innovation present a colossal opportunity for the travel industry. The model must be structured with visual and sound-related involvement to sightseers. The model is required to upgrade the accessibility of the destinations for clients of diverse classifications. Introduction The main goal of travel industry is continually looking for new and inventive approaches for better market the travel industry contributions as well as it also increases the revenue of the travel industry. This technology is said to be the next wilderness in the field of digital marketing and lately the travel industry has gradually exploited advancements in the virtual space. (Ezekiel, 2018). As we know that, virtual reality provides better environment where users will be able to recover data by means of multi-sensory like visual, auditory as well as kinesthetic) modalities, users will be able to see sensible portrayal of environment it depicts. Thus, the vivid idea of the VR experience has been recognized as a way to encourage the traveler to find new locations. It will also help to enhance brand recognition, product review, and creating better memories and
Student Name Student ID3 create positive disposition as well as the behavioral response. The vivid VR experience can enable clients to have a better feeling of being in the virtual environment, an impression of its presence, which is vital to the adequacy of enticing VR content. (Tussyadiah, I. & Wang, 2017). In this report, we will discuss about the implementation of VR app in Frontier touring organization. I have chosen the project of developing VR app in tourism industry because of increasing virtual reality in tourism industry as tourism industry attracts the customers a lot. As a project manager, my responsibility is to manage the entire project of implementation of VR app in Frontier touring. The main phases of project management include project initiation, project planning, preparing wbs, project execution, project monitoring and so on. Project Scope The main scope of the project is to implement VR app for frontier touring organization in order to provide better experience to the customers. This can advance competitive advantage of the organization by satisfying customers in terms of better experience by experiencing their tour sites before visiting. Problem Statement The main problematic area in the organization is to explain the customers what they are going to experience regarding new sites. By implementing VR in the organization, the organization can provide details analysis of the site that customers are going to visit. Agile Framework Agile method in project management underlines the significance of coordination. In case of development process, Agile mainly focus on the idea of "Time Boxing", which is considered as
Student Name Student ID4 fixed time and keeps up the schedule management. Agile method in project management break down highlights in to small parts. These augmentations require just less measure of making plans for a present moment since an augmentation can be of at most one month. The agile project team is cross practical. Along these lines every part works in each product advancement stage like planning, necessity testing structuring, creating, testing and executing. (Madampe, 2017). I would like to develop the VR app using agile framework by dividing the whole process into small processes. Also, very less time will be used for the system development. No extra time will be utilized to write detailed instructions. Knowledge Areas Five main knowledge areas that are chosen are given as following: 1. Knowledge Creation –The first step in knowledge management is to develop the scope and objective of implementation of VR project in the organization. All the budget and schedule are mentioned over here. Here, we have to mention all the business processes like how customers approach Frontier travel industry, how the organization can provide some options and how the organization can provide VR experience to the customers. Budget –The budget allotted to the implementation of VR technology will be $2,25,000 which includes server cost, VR technology charges, development charges, implementation charges, salaries and so on. Time Schedule –Time allotted for the implementation process will be approximately 4 months which includes initiation, processing, implementation and testing. Defining scope, schedule and budget for the project are main and small activities. By dividing the project into these three parts can be a move towards the success of the entire project. We

Student Name Student ID5 have chosen this area as not a single IT projectcan be successfully implemented using scope, budget and time schedule of the project. 2. Recognition Phase –In this phase, all the teams of the project will be assigned a role on the basis of their skills. Also, this process includes all the requirements that are related to starting the project of implementation of VR app in the organization. I have chosen recognition phase of the project as team members are the assets for developing the project 3. Knowledge Storage & Organization -Knowledge storage and association include in storing as well as organizing data to give a superior comprehension of information. Knowledge sharing takes part in transmitting knowledge from one individual to one of more people. Toward the end, utilizing and applying information show the achievement of KM cycle. The expense of gathering and ordering the tremendous measure of information is probably going to be over the top. When it isn't done successfully - a challenging, careful undertaking - it will be difficult to recognize helpful data and representatives won't utilize the database. 4. Knowledge Processing -In this phase, the project team proposes how the imagined improved circumstance for the implementation of VR project can be represented in a KMS by team members, how data should be transferred for better experience and information interfaces. Here, all the entities like team, documents, data, business processes are considered in order to develop new application for Frontier. Here, Knowledge flows from organization to customers in terms of virtual site scene which is appropriate for holding and communicating with information; they incorporate individuals, records, components of business, and so forth. The idea of information interfaces incorporates the medium for potential knowledge flow and the standards or we can say protocols, which oblige them. The implementation of project is
Student Name Student ID6 considered by degree to which they are liable to coordinate authoritative, social and mechanical parts of the KMS and as per cost, multifaceted nature, accessibility, and so on. The main activities include to draw in partners in investigating reasonable advances to help the portrayal of information operators, data flow as well as interfaces and to choose on an innovation procedure of purchasing, building, or coordinating IT parts and applications to help the KMS. 5. Knowledge Sharing –This is mainly implementation process where VR app is implemented and tested. Knowledge sharing is the procedure of commonly transferring information and together making new learning . Here, knowledge can be shared among people and associations, and furthermore to gather shared knowledge through data as well as new innovation. It advances the expert expertise and skill among staff. It enables new ways to deal with staffing and authoritative structures. KM forms are broadened however every stage is connected to every column, the movement appears to be unique for every one of the four angles being inspected. (Karadsheh, L. & Mansour, 2009). The start-up of a task is like the start-up of another association. The project manager builds up the undertaking framework used to structure and execute the task. All the team of project must create arrangement among the real partners on the undertaking amid the early stages or initiation
Student Name Student ID7 phase of the project. The meaning of undertaking achievement regularly incorporates completing the venture inside budget. Creating and controlling an undertaking budget that will achieve the taskgoalsisthecriticalactivity.Taskqualitymainlyfocusonthefinishedresultor administration expectations that mirror the motivation behind the venture. The project manager builds an undertaking execution approach that accommodates a reasonable comprehension of the normal venture expectations and the quality determinations. (Wiley, et al., 2018). The entire project will be managed using agile framework by dividing it into small processes. The small processes of the project includes defining scope of the project, budget and allotting time schedule. All the team members will be assigned some role in order to complete first phase. The project will be implemented online phase by phase like first module will be made online by defining tables accordingly. Conclusions In this paper, we have analyzed the idea of learning and KM system for accomplishing organizational objectives. This paper shows a theoretical system of KM process. The main aim of the paper is to depict a increasingly substantial procedure to distinguish how association bargains with tools as well as strategies used to execute each stage in the existence cycle, and displays a hearty KM system with broad and itemized forms. In this paper, we have taken the case of tourism industry for having better virtual experience to the tourists with VR app development. References Ezekiel, N. (2018).
