As the topic of the study belongs to the Singapore
Airlines, it has to be noted that, primary data
collection could not be undertaken as the enterprise
would not give away its private information and
data and the future strategic plans which it aims to
take for itself. Hence, the research method which
has been undertaken for the purpose of the study
can be understood to be the secondary research
method. In the secondary data collection method,
the data which has been applied in the study has
been collected from various secondary sources such
as the Strategic management, the change
management, strategic implementation and other
such books. In addition to this, the website of
Singapore Airlines along with the annual reports of
the same. In association with this, it can be
considered critically efficient to mention that, to
implement the study, considerations which were
required to be taken into consideration aspects such
as the competitive environment of the firm, the
future strategies and in association with this,
considering the various strategies of the other
companies is essential.
1) For a reader, it can be stated that the
strategies which are required to be
formulated for the firm are mainly centered
on the socio economic environment; the
enterprise would be required to take into
consideration the current events as involved
to ensure overall effectiveness and
successful BDP preparation.

1) The major theories which were referred in the
study can be mentioned to be the following:
The innovation theory: The innovation theory can
be understood to be a critical theory which can take
into consideration the manner in which an
enterprise would be required to undertake the
innovative activities. In association with this, it is
relevant to understand that, the innovation theory
helped in guiding the firm to adopt the change
activity and also assisted in gaining successful
outcomes. As the firm was required to resolve its
current customer issues, it was deemed relevant that
it would be required to come up with unique
solutions to engage in effective success.
The change management theory: The change
management theory is another critical theory which
has been designed by Kurt Lewin and was
extensively made use of for the study. In association
with this, using the change management theory has
been beneficial for the study; however, it is critical
to note that, undertaking various considerations are
essential while carrying out the change. This theory
helps in guiding the firms well.
