practices the articles have shed light on different adaptive nature of the organizations. The

Interrelationship between the Research Findings and the Collected Data
In order to conduct the first research paper, interview questions have been developed and the
managers in different levels from four sectors have been participated in the research. Depending
on different parameters such as training, job skills, strategic communication, Performance
feedbacks, behavioral characteristics of individuals and interaction facilitation have been
considered as the important influential factor for driving the organizational performance. Using
the statistical regression, Cranach’s Alpha test has been conducted. In case of second research,
case study analysis has been done, where the contribution of indigenous community in
organizational culture development has been mentioned. From the collected information, it has
been identified that in case of implementing the formalized HR practices, proper contribution of
