1 Introduction
There are a lot of ideas and areas where the aerospace management is a vital
factor that needs to be identified. The maintenance of the aerospace and aviation
transports is one of the vital factors that the mode of services provided by the
company is widespread Esposito. (2019). This involves the advices regarding the
problems of maintaining different types of services and managing the process of
performance of aeronautics. The Overhaul organizations, so that they can meet the
demands of the customers. The demands get registered according to the quality of
the reduced lead times is the key factor that works for the survival of the Aviation
Industries. The paper will help to understand the ways lean and agile management
will help in brining changes in the aerospace maintenance.
2 Aim
The aim of the study is to understand the impact of lean and agile management
in maintenance of aerospace.
3 Objectives
3.1 Conceptual Framework
From the conceptual framework, it is evident that the lean and agile
management will help in to understand that it is one of the important factor that will
bring changes in the working of the organisation impacting the performance of the
organisation.
The following are the objectives that will help to understand the working of the
conceptual framework.

4 Literature Review
There have been several highlights regarding the application and the
maintenance of the Lean in the Aerospace Industry Ruiz-Benitez, López and Real
(2019). It has been specifically found in the MRO Sector, which has been diagnosed
to ben very small regarding the aerospace management. Thus this factor may work
as the factor that has been producing relative creativity in the field of the Aerospace
Industry.
Agile and lean management has a great impact on the leadership of the
organisation. With lean management, the leaders ensure that there is regular
working process continuing in the aerospace industries that will help in the
improvement of the working style of MRO. With the help of agile management,
the leaders ensure that the tasks are being divided among the employees or
workers. The ways of handling task for the kind of management will vary with the
style of management that has been taken up by the organisation. The
commitment of the senior management can however be demonstrated in the
standard of the developing clear vision which tends to ensure sufficient amount
of financial resources and even by providing the strategic leadership. One of the
biggest challenge in regards to the lean management is its implementation.
Studies reveals that in situations of the management of the lean, it is important to
have a transformational and transactional form of a leadership.
The changes in the management will bring in changes in the culture of the
organisation. That will ensure that the people working in the organisation must
develop values that will help in the development of the working style brining in
changes in the leadership (Hill (2018). It has also mentioned the fact and have
