INTRODUCTION
Learning styles are basically termed as the ways or approaches that help an individual in
developing their skills and knowledge effectively. It is mainly consist of several methods as well
as practices that is supportive for individual to learn in systematic and best possible manner
(Simpson and Richards, 2015). This topic seems to look highly important in academic well as
professional life because it provides opportunity to learner to develop their skills in timely
manner and attain their longer term as well as short term goals. The main purpose of this essay is
to aware individuals about learning styles and its benefits in their growth. This essay will provide
information of various learning strategies which allows individuals to learn in a best manner. It
will later provide description about study plan that includes long term and short term and long
term goals that will support in academic and professional success.

Learning style refers to the way according to which students retain information and
perceive it in the required manner. There are mainly four types of learning styles such as visual,
reading/writing, auditory kinesthetic. It can be said that every individual perceives these learning
styles as per their requirements. Moreover learning styles are highly important for every
individual as allows every individual in developing learning as their own comfortable manner.
For instance: Some people find its best to learn through listening, while other people finds it
more easier to learn through observation and other might also feel that they can only develop
learning by performing similar kind of activity in order develop their knowledge on the same.
Based on the article, it has been analysed that learning strategies are of many types which
are perceived by individuals in different manner according to their feasibility. The first strategy
explored from this article is the method of interacting. This strategy simply states that when an
individual interacts which its colleague and respective person who is associated with them then
learns many things. It can be said that interaction allows person in conducting a discussion on
particular topic or area of interest which directly or indirectly makes them aware about different
perception on the same thing (Willingham, Hughes and Dobolyi, 2015). This results in
enhancement of their learning in quicker and best possible manner. In addition to this, it has been
further explored from the presented article that learning mainly arises with the influence of
