Study Skills & Project Management: Task 2 Business case

The study is about the project that is carried out by the Challenge UK which is an independent holiday organization of the country. It is found that the organization offers holiday courses for the people of all age group and currently operating at four different locations. The project portfolio includes Gantt Chart, Risk register table, cash & cost analysis, communication strategy, table of resource analysis, fundamental & non-fundamental requirement and stakeholder analysis.
