Subjective wellbeing is burgeoning
This motive of this essay is to understand the concept of subjective wellbeing and
social wellbeing. These two concepts play an important role in the entire trip of an individual.
Subjective wellbeing is related to social wellbeing and it is burgeoning with time. The
relation between these two terms has been discussed in this essay along with how wellbeing
is related to human’s lifespan. This is beneficial for individual to recover from the illness and
adapt the positive behaviour and develop a good wellbeing. Wellbeing and subjective
wellbeing are different from each other as wellbeing directly deals directly with checking if a
person is satisfied by their life. The emotions are used analyse the satisfaction of their life.
Subjective wellbeing deals with directly asking an individual about their job satisfaction
(Skevington and Böhnke, 2018). Thus various policies are implemented to deal with the
heath, social inclusion, learning as well as social inclusion of an individual. The well-being of
an individual is dependent on four factors that know the actual meaning of their life,
relatedness, happiness and overall satisfaction.
Subjective well-being is helpful as keeps the track the entire journey of a person’s
life. Subjective well- being helps in knowing the happiness of a person by checking its stress
and depression level (Pavot, Diener, Oishi and Tay, 2018). They measure the impact of such
behaviour in their life so that steps could be designed to overcome from these circumstances.
Thus from the research it can clearly stayed that there is a change between wellbeing of an
individual and their subjective wellbeing (Heintzelman and Tay, 2017). Wellbeing just
analyse the condition of a person’s life on the other hand subjective wellbeing measures the
impact that is caused in a person’s life.
The emotional response of an individual is dependent in the satisfaction of life thus it
is important to keep track of subjective wellbeing of an individual. Subjective well-being

knowledge gained through the experience helps in evaluating the impact on wellbeing of a

effect of eudemonia. The journey of life is evaluated by checking the effects of sadness,
happiness, anger and fear. The positive and negative aspects are identified. Once all the
effects are analysed than a plan is designed to improve the overall growth and feeling to
achieve the improvement.
Social wellbeing is important as it improves the mental health of a person. The quality
of life is also improved by giving priority in making social connections. If a person is
engaged socially then it will boost up positivity in their life (Diener, Oishi and Lucas, 2015).
Thus various programs and events are planned in an organisation so that happy factor could
be increased in one’s life. The social wellbeing covers the development of an individual in
terms of intellectual as well as physical. Social wellbeing is important as it helps in
developing positive habits by coping up good habits.
The entire lifespan keep social and subjective well-being correlated. They related the
meaning of life with the structure they are living in. The wellbeing of a person can be
analysed at any stage from childhood to adulthood. The meaning of life also changes at every
stage. Every individual experiences various tragedies and experiences in their entire journey
that affect the health of an individual (Steel, et. al, 2017). It is also affected by the culture of
family and the friends they are surrounded with. The wellbeing of an individual also includes
the health of them. Health issues are generally seen in the people above 24 years thus these
health issues affect the life of an individual. It’s not only health issue that affect the wellbeing
