Supply chain management can be defined as it is the process of management of all
supply chain activities which is required for the purpose of maximizing the customer value.
To run the supply chain in the most effective and efficient way it is the effort which is
required to run the supply chain in a successful manner. The supply chain management is
based on the two core ideas. First it includes that the end product which has been reached to
the customer is the overall effort of multiple organisations. The second idea is about that
when supply chain has existed for the longer period of time then it only paid attention to what
is happening within the four walls of the organisation. It is based on the two core ideas. It is
overall effort of different organisation which reaches to the end customer in a result oriented
format. When supply chain has existed for the longer period of time, it is the scenario which
is happening within the four walls of the organisation. (Kuo, and et.al., 2017). In this report,

Supply Chain Relationship
Supply chain management is conceived through a process. The process has been
divided into five steps. In the first step, planning needs to be done. In its initial stage, all the
strategies and objectives needs to be decided. After planning the next step is developing or
sourcing stage. (Gencer, Y. G., 2017). The third step is regarding the supply chain
management process or manufacturing of products and services. In the next step is deliver
the products and services. And get return in terms of financial parameter. Parker Lane group
has conceived the supply chain management in this pandemic situation through the unique
opportunity to entirely reset the whole supply chain management process. Due to pandemic

essential investment to cut costs. (Cordeiro, and et.al., 2021).Supply chain management is
supported by decreasing the total supply chain cost. For designing the networks
manufacturers and retailers depend on supply chain managers who fulfil the needs at the low
cost. Firm needs to be efficient to be competitive in the market place. Supply chain
management is supported the company by returns plus service suite facility. Under this
facility, their important strategy is that in the secondary markets recommerce the stock.
(Chamekh, and et.al., 2018). This suite includes industry consultancy, returns management
and in-house recycling. The process of supply chain initially starts from manufacturers and
ends the delivery of products and services to the final consumer. Supply chain management
touches each point from oversees with the initial to final stage. Parker Lane Group also
follows almost same pattern for the delivery of products. When the product gets ready then it
will be sold out on the online platform. The company has made some plans, strategies to
develop their supply chain management. For giving the proper execution and final delivery it
is important to ensure that there should not be any loophole in the entire system of supply
chain management. There are some ways to improve the supply chain relationship. It includes

related with it can be resolved in an effective manner. (Gunasekaran, and et.al., 2015).
Establish roles and responsibilities and try to remember them because roles and
responsibilities define the work of an individual. The company needs to define the roles and
responsibilities of all the persons who are involved in the supply chain management process.
Supply Information Systems
Roles and responsibilities define that who will be responsible for delivering the raw materials
then who will take the charge of communicating with the manufacturers and the whole
process define responsibility of each person. Next is to understand the contractual

next step is that to behave in an ethical and honest manner. The company’s employees need
to behave in an ethical and honest way because honesty towards the work makes the
