operating their business and showing their presence as a strong brand.Their efficiency in chain
management is also helping them to grow their business because it directly benefits the
customers and if customers get their product and services on time then they are more satisfied
and they recommend the others to go for Mark & Spencer. The organization taken within the
report is based over M&S that is Mraks and Spencer which is an London based cloth retailer
selling clothes all over the world. The file is based upon supply chain management in relation
over supply chain information system, outsource system and procurement. In the end

of strategies developed which has made supply chain to enhance. Supply chain management has
changed in a way that M&S started its e commerce portal that gave opportunity over getting
