The main business proposition for Woodmere and Homehelp to consider in evaluating this proposal should be the progression of the company although a higher and elegant shape of running provisions and client wants (Donald et al. 2012). Therefore, this will have a higher chance of rising productivity by venturing a coalition with Woodmere Company. The strategy would most likely develop the competitive advantage of the company. The truth that Woodmere plans to move towards information technology will also be an extra additional benefit and this will be worth taking into consideration.
