Supply chain management means the flow of goods and services, that might be involved
the movement and storage of raw material. It also includes work-in-progress inventory and
finished goods along with the end to end order fulfilment from point of consumption (Saeed and
Kersten, 2019). Harrods limited is departments stores and also have Harrods brand also supplies
to other some enterprises. It is the one of the largest and most famous departments stores in
various countries. The company has several departments this also includes the seasonal
departments and the food halls. Organization was also developed a wholesale grocery at cable
street with having special interest in tea. Harrods son have also started the business into thriving
with their retail operation selling stationery, fruits and vegetables. The company have also
expanded and adjoining building and their employed are more than a hundred of people. Harrods
has make their business more developed at by single store to other developed countries, and they
have also started their work with two assistant and a messenger boy. Company always try to
make fulfilment while by providing them various types of products and services along with this
also made record profit in the process. In recent year organization have developed their new
building on the same site and soon Harrods extended credit for the first time to their best
customer. This report explain about the critical issues emerge in organization. Furthermore,
manager and other stakeholder respond to the issues or problem. Also, provide the finding and
suggestion ways through which organization can improve supply chain.
