INTRODUCTIONThe non direct care workers are those individual who are not assigned to particular areafor the care. They are not person who is engaged with some particular activities in relationprovide ultimate care to the person. The present report is covered the activities which is relatedto understanding the role of non direct workers and the team. There is to major emphases on theactivities of the National health service so that they can understand the role of each person in theeffective manner (Turner‐Daly and Jack, 2017). The social worker is the person who works inmanner to provide physical, emotional and social support to the patients. In addition to thisassignment is inclusive of the activities of non direct social worker. They do their job effectivein order to provide good services to people. With the help of this kind of person the socialservice can be promote in the effective manner. P2 interpersonal skills required for non direct care workers- There are the various kinds of the specific skills which is need to be followed in order todo their activities effectively. The following are the basic outline which is related to theinterpersonal skills of the non direct care workers such are as- 1.Communication- with the help of effective communication they are able to know whatthey need to do and how they have to perform their specific role.2.Verbal- It is helpful in relation to make the good interaction with the person to whomyou are going to provide service (Warren-Adamson, 2017).
