1.1 Holistic development Holistic approach can be determined as a practical approach that provides the opportunity to get comprehensive learning system. There are different areas that enables to contribute, it includes emotional, social, physical, and spiritual growth of a child is taken care. It enables the child to implement what is learned and focus on mere learning as well (Carter, 2016). In other words, it is the development of a person’s social, artistic, spiritual, emotional and intellectual potentials. 1.2 Importance of children’s holistic development The most important benefit of holistic development or approach is not just about mental development but it also helps towards social, psychological and emotional growth of children. It can be said that a holistic approach helps to motivate child about a subject to learn effectively. The holistic methodology also develop all the skills of children in order to develop the skills and knowledge. Holistic development helps children to grow their potential knowledge and skills which helps to achieve their study goals and objectives which are necessary or them to accomplish inclusive learning. 2.1 Systematic synthetic phonic approach This is considered to be the process through which students are taught to read. More specifically, child is provided with the support to read letters or group of letters. Child is able to recognize sounds for each of the letters that are taught. Systematic synthetic phonic approach is a way of teaching reading effectively (Chen, 2015). In this process, children are taught to read letters by saying sound in order to determine their speaking errors of pronunciation. It is also known as inductive phonic that is a method of teaching where teachers blend sounds together to accomplish full pronunciation of words. 3.1 Identifying communication development needs of children Communication needs are important for children in order to support language and speech development. In educational setting, it is essential that language, speech and communication needs are considered (Chen and Fleer, 2016). Listen and understand information they are given. Make sense of idea and concept they are learning. Whole range of word should be used and learn. Sharing ideas with question and answer process. 1
Language should be used to solve issues and also ask for help and explanation. An interaction of read, write and learn should be made with others. 3.6 Explaining multi-agency terms work together to support children’s development of speech, language and communication There are various professionals that makes interaction with each in other in order to fill needs of children regarding speech, communication or language. Social worker, teacher, parent can work together in order to improve life and learning of a child effectively. They come together to make the best plan for children to improve their progress (Lapan, Bobek and Kosciulek,2016).Everychildrequiresvariousskillsandknowledgetodevelopthat professionals support them on daily basis to remove barriers of achievements.
