INTRODUCTIONLife event through which an individual go through impact on their personal as well astheir social network. Supporting significant life event is define as study of health and socialissues which an individual go through which may also leads to lose of belongingness (Rodin,2014). Along with this these life events are normative or non normative events that can beunusual and expected events or unexpected, unpredictable and significant events accordingly.Topics include in this report are understanding of significant life events which affect onindividual and their socialist network. Moreover it also explain about experience of significantlife events on a person as well as it will also explain about analysis of response made by healthand social care services in order to support individual experience who is suffering from lifeevent. These all topics are based on case study which are provided and it is related to two liveexperience i.e. dementia and bereavement.TASK 11.1 Explain impact of significant life events on individualsThere are various life event go through in an individual life which impact them onvarious aspects such as physical, psychological and social. Due to which they not able to livetheir life in effective manner as well as this may also leads to loss of their love one. There aresome impact major impact on their significant life event on an individual, some major of themare explain below:- Impact of dementia-The respective disease impact an individual on major three aspects i.e. Physical,Psychological and Social. There are various physical issues face by an individual who aresuffering from respective disease such as they face difficulties in using bathroom, difficult forthem to swallow lack of sleep and many more (Bitetti and et.al., 2018). It will affectpsychological aspects of a person such as loss of memory, depression, loss self confident andmany others. Along with this dementia also impact on an individual social life in several aspectssuch as facing difficulties in communication, ask repetitive question due to which other getfrustrated, sometime these peoples get aggressive and many more. These are some major impactwhich an individual face who is suffering from dementia. Impact of Bereavement-

It is describe as a situation in which an individual get suffer from bereavement issues thatis related to loss, sadness, disappointment, depression and so on. It is general cause whensomeone loss their loved one (Smith and et.al., 2018). This situation will also impact on a personsocial, physical and psychological health. Physical impact of respective issues is that anindividual get suffer from shortness of breath, loss of sleep, loss of appetite, impact on properdiet and so on. It will also impact on social factors like isolation, conflict situation arise, feelwithdrawal from group and so on. Along with this it will also impact on physiological factorsuch as person feel loneliness, sad, loss interest, avoid interacting peoples and many more. 1.2 Analyze possible group responses to significant life events that occur to one of its membersIt is essential for a group to respond in effective manner when they are communicating toany individual who is suffering from bereavement situation or any other ill health issues. So inthis situation group or society must understand their issues and make them feel comfortable aswell as cheerful so that they can fight their issues properly. There are several specific grouprespond which must be based or depend upon medical situation. Some major of them on thebasis of Bereavement and ill situation are mentioned below:- Bereavement:In this situation person loss their love on due to which they feel disappointment, sad,lonely and many morel. So it is essential for group as well as society to support them in variousways such as talk to them calmly and gently so that they fell comfortable, explain them thatdeath is also a part of life, make them fell comfort by holding hand, cuddle and hugs. Along withthis they a person can also provide suffered peoples some special blankets, cuddly tops so thatthey feel comfortable. An individual also must not try to separate from peoples because due tothis they may feel loneliness. Ill health:It is also essential for a group to cheer up ill peoples so that they not feel loneliness, sad,depression for which an individual can adopt several ways which help them in handling illpeoples in effective manners (Cogin, 2012). Such as person must list to them and respondpositively due to which they feel connected and comfortable, their family and friends membercan also take on their to do list which they want to fulfill because by this they fell happy. Alongwith this an individual should bring their favorite snacks, food and drinks so that they feelcomfortable and happy.
