INTRODUCTION
The word individual presents there different significance when the
general language's basic conception is concerned. Hence, the reaction
of individual act, behaviour are different on distinct situation in their
lives. Yet, a person also face some ordinary situation in their lives
within some specific time period like bereavement. In this respect,
this report will analyse various process, policies which help in
supporting one is managing social network through important events
of life.

Effectiveness of organisational policies and
procedures
This presentation through light on principles and norms which are
provided by different organisations. Their are several health care
organisations who are tend to provide assistances to patients and
their families. Every firm have their own plan of actions and
operational activities for those people suffering from dementia.

Others in social networks can provide support to
individuals
Instead of family, professionals ,health workers and relatives, some
other can help in assisting individuals who are experiencing
vulnerability in their life situations and help them in leading a
simple and normal life. Patients including Jacqui must be provides
with appropriate support so that she can recover.

Suitability of external support and their affect on
significant life events
As it is stated the external people helps and
supports these patients suffering from
Alzheimer's diseases their causes have
helped these people who have lost their
class-conciousness and finding it very
difficult in leading to a simple life.

Regarding physical assistance, other can also help her physically as
she is getting weak and not able to do her normal work. So many
people tend to help her in her physical work. Like people can help
her in making food, doing household chores and shopping work.

CONCLUSION
This can be summarised from the stated report that the word
individual presents there different significance when the general
language's basic conception is concerned. Various organisation
includes various duties and responsibilities for a person who is
recently coping up with various important events of life.
