Introduction
Sustainability and ethics in business or organizations means that an organization has societal
and ethical responsibilities to go far and above the organizations economic responsibilities.
Important ethical issues that arise in various organizations include; consumer [protection,
discrimination and employees fraudulent behaviors among others.
[Ulo1] Demonstrate An Understanding On Regulations, The Law And Business Ethics
In Organizations.
The basis of these foundations are universal human norms in the field of labor, which, by and
large, are preserved, although many different social transformation processes are taking
place. There are also such kinds of professional ethics to which especially high moral
requirements are set by society (Ahmed, et al, 2015). First of all, special rules apply to
professionals working in the field of health care, as well as workers in the provision of
various services (education, training). These types of professions are difficult to strictly and
clearly regulate, no instructions and special standards can provide a high level of moral and
ethical behavior of representatives of these specialties. The moral qualities of workers are
considered as necessary elements of their professional suitability and ethics of corporate
activity (Crane & Matten, 2016). Examples include;
Medical Ethics
Medical professional ethics are focused on ensuring that moral principles contribute to the
preservation and improvement of people's health. In ancient India, there was the conviction
that the doctor must have a pure heart, filled with compassion, a calm character, have great
self-confidence and chastity, as well as a tireless desire to do good. The main thing is a doctor
should be guided in the framework of medical professional ethics - the preservation of human
life and the maximum benefit to the patient (Galpin, Whitttington, & Bell, 2015)..

Pedagogical Ethics
The subject of study of professional ethics of a teacher is the moral and moral content of
pedagogical activity. In addition, this type of ethics studies how moral norms and rules are

In Organizations
The implication of social and public pressure for an organization is that it has led to
organizations being transparent and treating their customers with respect. Ethics and
sustainability has led to organizations giving back to the communities as a sign that they are
part of the community.
Within the framework of professional ethics, the essence of professional duty of an
organization is to determine moral principles formed that guide professional work and
include: honesty, fairness, impartiality, humanism, restraint, loyalty to the profession (both
his formal side and moral), integrity and dignity (Markman, et al,2016). Professional ethics of
service professionals integrates generally accepted moral norms and principles into the
activities of specialists in this professional field. Here, above all, such qualities as politeness,
courtesy, communication culture, as well as the ability and desire to satisfy the wishes and
needs of customers are in demand. For example, a specialist working in the field of tourist
services should have a high degree of erudition and a significant level of education.

Professional ethics of the scientist does not allow to engage in falsification of the results of
scientific research, distortion or embellishment of the facts in order to make them more

between “ethics” and “morality,” it is generally assumed that ethical aspects are represented
in social interactions, and moral aspects in internal evaluations of personality. However, in
this and in another case we are talking about the distinction between good and evil, the just
and the unjust, the good and the bad. The appropriate attitude to the employee from the
personnel services is that the average person prefers to be managed, tries not to take
responsibility, has relatively low ambitions, is lazy, wants to be in a safe situation. It should
be prepared to perform a strictly defined professional role and, if possible, minimize social
conflicts and other negative phenomena affecting the decline in labor productivity or increase
in production costs (Setó-Pamies, & Papaoikonomou, 2016). The second wave, or revolution
in personnel management, was associated with the idea of humanizing production relations,
the idea of focusing personnel services on human relations.
