Answer to Question 1
The assessment of the three attributes develops various strengths and weakness of the
premium hotels in the business market. The author pointed out the attributes is found to be
directing the travellers leading to the productive factors of tourism. The quality of the services
provided by the premium hotel like Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts can be improved by
meeting the needs of the local communities and also monitoring how the residing population
could perceive the tourism regarding the improvement of life quality in the long run (Mowforth
& Munt, 2015).
The strengths of the three attributes are:
Revenue generation
Revenue generation is beneficial for directing the business towards the sustainable
development of tourism. This is so because the customers consider the tourist destinations more
authentic when the tourist destinations involve the local cuisines and cultures. This nature of the
customer’s results into the revenue generation among the local communities that provides
facilities for them to perceive tourism as it is the method of bringing economic development.
Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts situated in Indonesia could encourage the tourist to visit such
places including the beaches and art galleries (Santika.com. 2019). This ensures that the serving
of revenue to the tourist helps to improve the standards of livings of the local people. Therefore it
can be noted that the local people would able to develop the positive perception regarding
tourism and could support the tourism development.
