Q.1)
Fuji Xerox Australia’s annual report declares their commitment to implement initiatives
to achieve SDGs. It announces the reduction of carbon footprint and zero waste to landfill
commitment for parts, devices and consumable collected from the customers (FXAEMC.au).
This is a clear evidence of the congruence between their claim and strategy implementation.
Moreover, the implementation and reporting of the sustainable strategy implies their clarity in

Q.2)
The remanufacturing project adopted by Fuji Xerox Australia Eco manufacturing
Centre is an indication to the organization’s approach towards positive ecological impact.
The Centre addresses four major sustainability challenges, namely global warming,
conservation, recycling and reusing natural resources, reducing chemical hazard and
preservation of biodiversity and ecosystem. It also visions to work towards reducing carbon
emission and zero waste commitment. Besides, the organization manages its policies for
social and economic impact as well. Apart from the ecological impacts, they have established
a change management team in 2014-15 to engage its stakeholders for participating in the

sustainable corporation.
