INTRODUCTION
Sustainability is referred to the socio-ecological procedure which characterize the
pursuits of common ideals. Main aim behind sustainability policies is to strength human
development plan and social capacity without impacting the future ability to develop and avail
resources. With the help of sustainability policies, present needs of people can be fulfilled
without compromising with the needs of future generation. This assignment is based on The
Good Guys which is a consumer electronics store in Australia, headquartered in Melbourne
suburbs of Essendon Fields. This report will cover about different aspects of sustainability
policies and their consultation for key stakeholders so that ill impact of business activities on
environment can be reduced considerably. Recommendation will be given for sustainability
strategies and communication of procedures will take place to implement workplace
sustainability. At last, investigation and modifications of policy will take place so that required
improvements within organisation can be carried out (Bebbington, 2014).
TASK 1
The Good Guys is an Australia based electronic store which is headquartered in
Melbourne Suburbs of Essendon Feilds. In the year of 2016, this company is overtaken by JB
Hi-Fi. This all happened with essential categorisations plus if there is any person more extensive
they later acquired the company (Neubauer and Lank, 2016). It was bought by this company
and combined it became an universally very strong brand which invests in whole working of the
organisation. This has later created to be an mixture of both brands selling acquired good to
general public, Australia is well known of this brands listings as per the demand and supply
methods.
