The strategic value has potential impact on the following areas:1)Social Equity2)Project Management Life Cycles3)Resource Management 4)Organizational ChangeIn order to recognize and identify the PPM, the following areas are focused ("Identification of Strategic Value in Project Portfolios", 2017):1)How and what type of dimensions does the strategic value assess in the framework of the PPM?2)In what way must the frame of PPM be changed, such that it can clearly account the strategic value?2.Understanding Project Portfolio Management (PMM)Portfolio management ensures to align the projects, based on the corporate strategy, thenit helps in optimizing and takes effort to utilize all the resources effectively(Michel & Rod,2008).To mature a company's PPM, there is no need not start from scratch, to know theorganization’s capabilities. Instead, there are certain techniques or methodologies available, liketo analyze the process, the people involved in the process, and the supportive tools involved inthe process for instance the spreadsheet or other necessary software. Any organization can be categorized in the following stages:1st Stage: No processes tools2nd Stage: Minimum processes tools 3rd Stage: Broken processes stage 1
