INTRODUCTION
Business Management is very important factor for organization because it help management to organising and
analysing of business operation activities which must be run smoothly and management have to achieve objectives
efficiently and effectively. In business management there are various types of business management are there which
are Financial Marketing, Marketing management, Sales Management, Human Resources Management, Strategic
management, etc. this all management are important in organization to perform various operations activity of
organization (Allen, 2020). This report is based on Global Plant Genetics Ltd, Siemens and Tesco Plc organization
this all 3 organization are taken in consideration and how they applied sustainable approaches and different
approaches of CSR in their organization to develop and expand their business. In this report it includes that how
management applied sustainable approaches in their organization and explain with example that how organization
use ethical and sustainable way to operate their activities. In this report it also includes the different approaches of
CSR and how organization used CSR strategies to measure success level of organization.

In organization, management have to maintain their sustainable because it has been created for implementing
application of sustainable practices in their business operation category in their organization. Management have to
keep examine these factor which affect organization which are agriculture, society, environment and personal life.
This all factors are most important for sustainable management in organization in market. This is all factors must be
take care properly by management then only it is possible for management to run their business in market long-term
and they Abel to generate profits. Sustainable management means organization of management utilise their
resources with very effective way so that it will improve organization productivity level and management will able
to beat their competitors in market (Agwu, 2018). Resources are very important for organization for their
production operation, so it is a responsibility of management that they keep examines that all resources must be
used in an effective way and their employees of organization help to utilise their resources so that it will able to
sustain resources for long term period. If management are not concern about their sustainability then resource
which is used in organization for their production will not use in appropriate way and it create a huge negative
impact on organization and management will not able to sustain their resource for long term period and this will
affect organization in market that management will not able to run their business for long-term period in market
because their production level is decreased and management don't have potential to beat their competitors in
market. Let's understood this in more brief about sustainable management by taking an example of Global Plant
Genetics Ltd which is situated in UK in the year 2015, Siemens Ltd which is situated in UK in the year 1850 and
Tesco Plc organization which is situated in UK in the year of 1919 (Brondoni, 2018). In this it will be discussed
that which strategies will opt by this all three organization by their management to operate in an ethical and
sustainable way. There some principles of sustainable which management have to follow by all three organization
so that they able sustain in market for long-term period in market and compete their competitors and rule market

Enhance live ability: In this principle management of Global Plant Genetics Ltd, Siemens Ltd and Tesco Plc have
to take care that their nearby society and their employees needs must be fulfilled and needs which is required to be
fulfilled by employee is management provide local services which are foods, transport, water, air, health insurance
and many more which is essential for employees for their survival. This is very important for organization that
management have to fulfil these needs which management have responsibility to fulfil this need of employees and
nearby society because these are basic needs which are required for survival. If Organization management is not
fulfil these basic needs then they have to face problem and management unable to run their organization smoothly
in market because every organisation has responsibility that of they run their organization in market then they have
to do social responsibility so that environment resources will sustain for long-term period in market (Dibrell and
Memili, 2019). This is a basic needs of person which management have to fulfilled because they help management
to run their business operation smoothly and able to develop and grow their business in market.
Create Opportunities for economic prosperity: In this management of organization promote education and
learning in country because it creates a lot of opportunity for them which help management to grab all that
opportunity which helps organization to develop and grow their business in market. This is very important for
