INTRODUCTION
Green business or sustainable business is the enterprise that has minimal negative affect
on local as well as global environment, society, economy or community. Often, it has human
rights and progressive environment policies (Beitzen-Heineke, Balta-Ozkan and Reefke, 2017).
in addition to this, sustainable business is any companies that contribute or participate in green as
well as environmentally friendly activities to assure that all products, services, procedures and
production activity adequately address actual environmental concerns during maintaining
profitability. In simple words, it is the business that meets present needs of world without
compromising capability of future generation to meet its own demands. The present report is
based on TESCO company in UK, it explains the recycling scheme of business for
environmental sustainability. This study justifies methodology for searches of academic
literature, organization details, sustainability performance data for environmental sustainability
and define organization performance on chosen sustainability. Furthermore, it clarifies some
recommendations for betterment.

Methodology for searches of academic literature
As discussed by Jefferson, 2019 environment sustainability is rates of renewable assets
harvest, non-renewable and pollution creation resource diminution that continuously indefinitely.
If they cannot be continuing emphatically then it is not sustainable. Due to awareness in public
regarding environment harm caused by growing plastic packaging put pressure on suppliers
within retail sector to ban using excessive packaging. It impacts on organization performance
and overall business procedures. They gave list of preferred material to suppliers, but after
measuring the concern of public towards sustainability of environment they make some changes
which is beneficial for them. Growth of plastic in community remains the challenges, it effects
on sustainability of environment and also impact on well-being of society rather than before.
According to Jory and et.al., 2019 company make plans to recycle plastic bags and used eco-
friendly packaging materials that helps to prevent from land and water pollution. Their approach
to packaging products is based on four Rs like, reduce, recycle, remove and reuse, these words
matters a lot for business. People understand harm of environment occurs from plastic bags,
which consist to toxic pollutants that damage environment and cause water, air and land
