INTRODUCTION
A business plan refers to the document which defines in the detailed form about the
company's objectives and in which manner it plans to achieve its goals. A business plan basically
lays out the written roadmap for the firm from financial, marketing and operational point of
views as well. In the present report, a new restaurant opening is taken into consideration which is
named as “ Food in your own style”. The present report will cover discussion about the
proposed future business, customers, competitors as well. In addition to this, the report will cover
analysis about skills analysis, projected two year profit and loss account and also about suitable
sources of funding in order to grow the business opportunity. Moreover, the report will cover
discussion about the management information system which is required to effectively control the
business and also about the vision of the business idea.
MAIN BODY
Proposed future business
According to the planning, a new restaurant has been planned to open into the office
premises. This is the new innovation which has been planned to do and the restaurant provides
various kinds of cuisines whether it is in the vegetarian or non- vegetarian sector. Restaurant
provides different kinds of fast food dishes and along with this it also provides three course meal
as well which includes starters, main course and desserts as well(Galai and et.al., 2016). Starters
basically include cured salmon with prawns, vegetable gyoza, charred spring onions and
romesco. Main course basically include fish and chips, Bangers and mash, toad in the hole,
Shepherd's pie and steak and kidney pie. There are certain desserts which basically include stick
toffee pudding, jam roly poly, fruitcake, knicker vocker glory and fruit fool. The restaurant has
to make sure that they get patent for it into positive manner so that no one can copy this concept
in their organisation or office premises as well.
Customers
There are certain customers which has been targeted in order to run the restaurant into efficient
manner(Karrar., 2020).These customers act as the base who get the revenue for the restaurant
into positive manner. The target customers can be be B2B and B2C as well.

The restaurant which is named as food in your own style has target customers from the
offices and there are certain other big bakeries who want our special products for their
customers. So these are the main customers which have been targeted by the restaurant into
result oriented form. Its the restaurant responsibility to satisfy their customers into positive
manner (McKenzie and Sansone., 2019). The USP of restaurant is that they provide their
customers with desserts on their first order due to which they can attract large number of
customers as well. According to the research it has been observed that before the final launch of
their restaurant products and services they have organised the tasting ceremony due to which
they go an idea about the customers taste and preferences due to which they finally introduce
their products and services into positive manner. So these are the main customers of restaurant
which have been targeted for their further running of the restaurant.
Competitors
As it is a new concept into the market, so there are less chances of large number of
competitors into the market. It is very important for the restaurant to do competitor analysis so
that they can positively identify their tough competitors into the market. There are various other
restaurant who are selling same products and services into the market due to which they have
grabed the market share on the larger scale. As it is a new concept to the market so there are less
restaurant who are providing their services by establishing themselves within the organisation.
There is a reason due to which customers have to buy products from this particular restaurant
because they provide a reasonable price to their customers of their products and services. This is
the main reason due to which they customers have to buy products and services from their
restaurant only.
Skills Analysis
For taking forward the idea of business it is very important that to learn certain skills into
positive manner. In order to move forward the idea of business it is important to conduct skills
analysis (Moro Visconti., 2019). For starting a business it is important to have certain skills such
as communication Skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, listening skills, time
management and planning skills. The skill gaps can be identified through learning with practical
experiences and it can be also identified from the failure of any department and loop holes of the
restaurant service.
