sustainability is also a fundamental component of the company to flourish the business
internationally. Nokia has been chosen in the task to discuss the key principles of sustainability
and corporate social responsibility. Apart from this, here is the discussion about the CSR and
sustainability practices that are exercised by the company worldwide. More detail of the task has

Nokia is a Finnish multinational telecommunications company which is incorporated in 1865.
There are approx 102,000 people are working who operates business activities and operations in
more than 100 countries (Nokia, 2018). It is the 415th biggest corporation measured by revenue in
2016 (Nokia, 2018). The company is further shaping the technologies and resources at the heart of
connected world to convert the human experience in the competitive market. The main vision of
the firm is to create the technology to connect the entire world. In today’s era, Nokia is
maximizing its operating income and revenue by rendering innovative products to the customers
across the world. The organization has found success and growth in various sectors over the
years such as mobile devices, cable, paper products, rubber boots, telecommunication
infrastructure equipment and tires. It shall be noted that Nokia sites uses personal experience and
cookies to grow and expand the business internationally. The sites might also include cookies
from third parties. The company has a great and dynamic leadership team that is accountable for
the operative and administrative management of Nokia. The members and chair of the group are
