The prospects of the local companies are based on the modifications in the methods of
firms while operation in international markets. Strategies help in maintaining the sustainability
while operating in the markets where the giants play their part in attracting the attention of the
customers. The different key elements of alterations in the methods of the business are
dependent on proper performance of systems of market while operating in the international
scenario. The different changers in the systems of the firm help in fostering sustainable approach
of the business. Policies of the business help in supporting the sustainable development of
organizations while operating in the international markets.
The discussion is based on the identification of the different policies that will be
supporting the local organizations to bring in sustenance in competitive market structure of the
businesses. The policies will be facilitating organizations in maintaining proper functioning of
the systems of the business while operating in the international markets.
2. Policies for sustainable growth of the local organizations
The Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 will be
supporting the business to foster modifications in systems of the organizations. Proper
functioning of the policy will be helping the organization to maintain a competitive advantage in
the home grounds. It will be supporting the business to bring forth transition in the systems of the
firms (Hawkins and Wang 2012). The conservatory efforts of the organizations help in

dependent on safety and security priorities of the employees, which help in maintaining the

Therefore, from the above analysis it might be stated that the policies that are framed by
the organization, considering the approach of sustainability, helps in retaining the position of the
local organizations devoid of the market entry of the multinationals. The policies help in
managing the change in the systems of the business through the proper utilization of resources.
Sustainability of the organizations are based on the continuous change that are planned by the
business firms. However, there are different risks that might be faced by the business while
