PART B
Reflection
In today world, people are more busy and live a hectic life style which creates many
health issues and mental disturbance among them. As they have busy work life schedule so they
have no time to give more focus on their health and environment. Also they are not paying
attention towards the poor current environmental conditions as well as generating lot of wastage.
It has been analysed by me that we have adopt sustainable lifestyle to live healthy life. It also
helps us to connect more with environment and nature to get fresh air, natural resources which
enhance our health condition (Sharma, 2018). The main reason behind increasing many diseases
and poor health condition is dynamic environment and poor weather condition as nature is
deteriorating day by day. As people use plastic bags, containers and produce waste which harm
the environment and natural resources. But after all of this, now people are getting aware about
the conditions and start working to adopt sustainability in their work or practices in order to
protect environment as well as natural resources for future generations. Along with that many
business organisation also start working in such they a way to achieve sustainable development.

In their production function, they use many methods and technology to reduce water and
power waste in order to mitigate the pollution in environment. As a responsible person and
student I also start to adopt ozone friendly practices in my working and daily routine to
contribute in the sustainability. As I used bicycle, avoid plastic bags and containers and electric
gadgets in order to reduce pollution. For short distance is used bicycle and public transportation
instead of personal vehicle which leads to decrease in use of more fuel and traffic in the market.
By this I also make easy for public to travel and reach their destination on time. Also, I make
sure whenever I left the room and other places to switch off the lights, fans addition to other
electronic gadgets and do not use extra lights which is not required. I also used bucket to take
bath rather than shower to reduce waste and save water for future. By planting tree, used dust
bean two dust bean for wet or dry waste in order to reuse it for another purpose. By learning new
things such how to separate waste in biodegradable and non biodegradable in order to compost
biodegradable waste and reuse to save cost and time (Staniškienė and Stankevičiūtė, 2018). As I
will also share all these things to my friends and family as they adopt sustainable practices in
their life to contribute more to enhance the environmental condition.
