INTRODUCTION
Business is the separate legal entity that is formed for establishing in successful business
organisation with the main aim of generating huge profits and revenue in the large market. The
ability to fulfil present needs for the natural resources without major compromises on the
requirement of the future generation is known as sustainability(Isac, 2019). Now a day business
organisation are involved in combining the innovation with the effective sustainability that is the
vital for the company in order to survive in the competitive era. Currently, there are certain
number of organisation which are involves in the various kind of businesses. Out of which, one
world's largest British firm of Coffee is Bio-bean. They are coffee grounds recyclers. They
involve in producing Friendlily fuel from the available waste of coffee. It is analysed that the
producer of coffee waste everyday by consuming 98 million cup of coffee everyday. This is the
private company which is founded by Arthur Key and Benjamin Harriman.

Advantages of sustainable organisation
Competitive advantage: Competition is increasing day by day which the availability of
the substitute products and increase in the competition. When the company gain the
competitive edges, there must be some uniqueness in the given products by which they
can attract the large group of customer. By offering sustainable products, organisation is
getting competitive advantages. Bio-bean is the leading manufacturer of the fuel product
and supplies the power to the buses in London.
Reduces cost: Main aim of producing the sustainable products is to minimise the waste
material for them. It can be said that the waste for the normal people act as a raw material
for the sustainable organisation. Thus, the cost that occurred in purchasing the raw
material is cut off. A part from this the waste raw material can be easily available by
which no delays can be occur. The same strategy is being accessed by Bio-bean, the
money is saved from the raw material for buying machines (Escrig-Tena, Segarra-Cipres
and Garcia-Juan, 2021).
Reduces waste: Aim of producing the sustainable products is to minimise the waste and
the commodities is being manufactured from the waste material and then collected and
used for offering another finished goods. Although recycling the commodities is the most
