INTRODUCTION
In an organisation is it important to maintain the sustainability in order to survive in
competitive market. There are various number of employees who give their full focus and efforts
to conduct their working in such a way to maintain sustainability within their business
organisation in known as sustainable organisation (Cruz-Jesus, Pinheiro and Oliveira, 2019).
Sustainability refers to the ability to meet the present needs or desires from natural resources
without compromising on desires of future generations. In today world many companies are
involved in generating innovations with sustainability also. As it is very essential for the
management of company to give more focus on sustainable development in order to gain
competitive advantages over competitors. To define the concept of sustainable development the
selected organisation is Bio Bean which is most famous British company of coffee grounds
recycler. It was established in 2013 at Cambridgeshire, England which engaged in producing
ozone friendly fuel from the waste of coffee mugs.
This report consists benefits and limitations of sustainable organisation, types of
sustainable innovations and its importance. Further, it highlights the reflection which show how
lifestyle of people can changed by adopting sustainability.

Benefits of sustainable organisation
Reduces cost- Sustainable company used raw material in their production function which
is unused and waste produced by the general public. Many companies used wastage such like
plastic bags, containers and other as raw material to produced recycle product from them to offer
in market which helps them to reduce their cost (Cvenkel, 2020). So the procurement cost of the
company is eliminated which helps them to save more money for future development and
innovation. Also waste material is easy available which helps operation manager to start their
production function without any delay. Management of Bio Bean used same strategies as they
used coffee waste for their raw material and saved money for purchase machinery.
Reduces Waste- The main objective of manufacturing sustainable products is reduce the
wastage in order to save environment . As the management of company collected waste to use it
as a raw material to manufacture finished goods. It is most effective method to reduce waste by
recycling it as a new product and sell it into the market to earn profitability. Bio Bean collected
