INTRODUCTION
Sustainable tourism is the term which is related to the tourism which also ensure the
environment sustainability and its importance as well. Sustainable tourism has been given both
positive and negative impact on the environment. Tourism business is the only sector that
encourage for the new development at the destination or the specific location. Present study will
be base on sustainable tourism in the context of Qatar case study. Qatar is a country with rich
culture and history in the Middle East. Qatar is been famous since they hosts the sports events for
Olympics, world cup etc. Qatar has almost hosts more than 150 business annually.
Therefore the present study will outline and realize reason or the concept of planning for
the travel and tourism industry with reference to a current case study. Discuss the advantage and
disadvantage of public and private sector tourism planning partnership drawing on a current
examples. Besides, study also describes the strategies for the enhancement of tourism planning.
This will help to continue work objective and gain to better understand the opportunity and
growth for better organisation goals. Further in this report will explains close to concept of
sustainable tourism that generate & hinder sustainable development growth. Justify the
introduction of the concept of different stages in planning for sustainability. In the last segment
report also justify the importance or the role of economic development and the environmental
impact in order to emerging the destination places.

Stakeholders in tourism industry In Qatar are employees, investors, suppliers, authorities,
customers, local government, communities of Qatar (Sánchez Cañizares, Castillo Canalejo and
Núñez Tabales, 2016). The benefits reflect from the tourism businesses are directly or indirectly
affect the stakeholder in positive manner. Some of the stakeholder benefits are given below that
Qatar gained by the tourism business.
Economic Development : Customers, employees, government and other community of the
country get highly benefited in economic development. Because tourism business develop the
employment opportunity to sustain the growth and stability of people. Besides, tourism
development also maintained and increased the infrastructure facility that effective for the people

of society. Therefore, Qatar tourism grow the tourism growth along with generating revenue for
the government.
Resources : High tourism sustainability and growth will provides the better resources in the
country. Resources helps to develop the new planning and think for the reforms to maintained
the country overall structure more effective.
Community : Community defines the local authorities that highly affecting the tourism
development along with increasing the services and growth (Arkema and et.al., 2015). Directly
and indirectly community people are highly benefited from the tourism industry to gain the profit
and higher development growth. Some of the benefits that achieved by the communities are
better and higher effective quality effective goals. Employment and competition through the
tourism are two major consideration for the community of Qatar.
Competitive advantage : any other businesses gain advantage from the tourism industry to gain
the competitive advantage and earn profit. Tourism industry open the opportunity for the other
business or employees to get more higher opportunity and goals for the businesses. To gain best
and new developing style.
Responsible environment culture : Local community can get this advantage to maintained the
environment or culture of local responsibilities. That also helps to aware the business goals and
make them better understanding goals and opportunity (Barthel-Bouchier, 2016). Local
authorities are the most essential gain for the business that mostly attracted by the company
objectives.

Qatar tourism place is most beautiful and exploring for tourists. In order to gain or
increase the process of structure it will also required for the country to get partnership with
private or public organisation to make the development planning more effectively. Public
private partnership is the agreement or contract between government or a private firm it
generate the more essential and opportunity for the business to better understand the opportunity
and development leading target. Along with that, it involves various benefits and advantage for
the people in terms of development (Budeanu and et.al., 2016). It goes the different this different
opportunity and development gain can help to Qatar to approach the new sports events and get
the tourism development opportunity for the country. Collaboration between government and

Advantage

development process to better gain the opportunity and task.
National level : At national level government or tourism company mainly focus on the country
itself rather than other (Čorak and Živoder, 2017). This set the long term and short term
objectives such as accommodations development, services given to tourist, laws and regulations
for security, all such plans has been prepared in this stage or task.
Regional level : Regional level planning develop the plans and attraction in destination along
with some policies development for tourism. Entire set of the destination in Qatar destination

will help to continue the development gain and opportunity. Regional level planning of tourism
almost cover and promote the new strategies policies etc.
Sub regional level : Sub regional level planning of Qatar tourism is all about the development of
diversity in sub section to the policies and procedures easy and effective. Situational plans for
strategic development and services are handled through the information collected from Qatar.

Qatar tourism industry accomplish the aim and objectives of the development by the help
of interactive planning with the help of support of private and public organisation (da Costa ,
Teixeira and Lisboa, 2019). Interactive planning is defined as the system that main focus on

to identify the actual data affect the Qatar tourism (Ferguson and Alarcon, 2015). This method of
measuring the possibilities of events can helpful to support indicators for a local area. This

for them to maintained the balance between supply and demand. This balance is maintained

developed environment can also hamper the development to tourism as many a times.

In order to get overcome from the current issues. The government of Qatar should take
some new reforms strategies and better developed the new strategies for the tourism. Besides,
that government can make developments in tourism that gain the business opportunities and
growth that evaluate the issues and focus on enclave tourism. Somehow it affect the business
planning and in motivation form (Petrova and Hristov, 2016). Though currently there are several
issues in the tourism industry that indirectly affect tourism development in different operational
context. Tourism development is the source of income which government generated from the
tourism company. In order to minimize above issues and challenges hospitality sector should
have taking new steps to get over from the issues. Apart from this, to minimize the infrastructure
issue. Qatar tourism can build new monuments and historical development which makes the
positive impact on the better targets. The surplus revenue generated by the tourism industry
should be invested back in community.
In order to attract more business toward the Qatar tourism company or businesses should
focus on the safety measures that helps them to attract more number of tourists. Besides that, also
they can promote the country destination places through social media site with the help of
advertisement, magazine articles etc. Besides, they can also invest on the technologies to
enhance the marketing strategies as well.
Government should take some new strategies and measure to promote the Qatar tourism
however, it develops the business management that across the fact and figure to motivate the
system into higher performing manner. This fact and sustained the best developing performing
activities to better understand the goals and developing new outcomes. Besides, Qatar
development and also plan for the main development opportunity and task to be more effectively
sustainable. For that, study also affect the business developing and better opportunity and gained.
Along with that, Qatar country can also launch the new product or service to better
motivates the business goals and builds the new opportunity and gained. Besides that, assists to

grow existing annual and other periodic events that also better presents the goals and objectives.
Government also should increase the security measures in the country that increases the
possibilities of new travellers visits in Qatar. Along with that, improved networking and
collaboration among operators and stakeholders (Zaitseva, Goncharova and Androsenko, 2016).
That also gives the positive impact on the business growth. All such recommended strategies and
approaches can develop the good sign for tourism sustainability development.

By the summing up the above study it has been concluded how commercial enterprise
sustainability evolution the important aspect for the business. Study justified the concept of
tourism and how much opportunities they have in order to gain the development. Study
explained the advantage or disadvantage of public/private sector tourism planning partnership.
Therefore, the study concluded the stakeholder benefits form the planning. Also, report
concluded about the factors that hinder the sustainable tourism development such factors are
costs, climate weather conditions, time, amenities etc. Such as study also concluded about
methods of resolving conflict of tourism development. However, the overall study explained the
