INTRODUCTIONTourism is known as theory and practice of touring, which can be internationally orwithin the country. It is like a major source for many countries as people travel around the worldevery year. It can affect economy of both the source and host countries. Sustainable tourism is aconcept which includes visiting a place as a tourist which implies a positive impact on theenvironment, society and economy (Aref, 2011). This involves generally a prime transportationto different locations, accommodations, entertainment, nourishment and shopping. Sustainabletourism can be linked with the concept of sustainable mobility. This includes socio-economicaspects which consider stakeholders, government, local communities and and non-governmentalorganisation. Thomas Cook is known as the founder of travel agency named Thomas Cook &Son. It is a travel company which provides various schemes related to travelling. In the year1872, this company formed a partnership with John Mason Cook who is his son. Their shopusually contains accessories which include guide books, luggage, telescope and footwear. In thisreport, there will be discussion on how stakeholders are being benefited from planning oftourism, advantages and disadvantages of public and private sector regarding their partnership aswell as development of planning in different levels (Bramwell and Lane, 2011).TASK 11.1 Explain planning of tourism developments provide benefit to stakeholder.Government of Philippine has promote their tourism sector to generating revenue forcountry. Government has preparing plan and strategies for developing core area of country, theywill recruit people for increase profits (Carlsen and Butler eds., 2011). The travel and tourismsector are promote social and culture environment of the country, and they have concentrationon people who living in coastal and rural area. Many type of private tourism company havework in this field they all have contribute to developing tourism in Philippine country.Government have joint hand with other tourism organizations for promoting tourism in all overthe world. In the government tourism department many worker have work to promote tourism, in2016 approx 300 employees are work in this department.
