Sustainable tourism can be referred for forming a proper balance
between among the economic, environmental and social culture
tourism aspects and its development which has crucial role in the
biodiversity convergence. Tourism and travelling segment is
drastically emerging in the competitive industry rapidly.

Sustainability In Tourism
Development
The concept of sustainability can be termed as the development
procedure that focus over the social, economical and environmental
evolution of specific company, religion or industry. The key motive
is to utilise all accessible resources in optimum manner.

Brundland report (1987): Key focus of this report is to formulate
components influencing menace and issues such as global warming
problems etc. that are linked with the evolution.
Triple Bottom Line Theory: the referred concept help in identifying
major 3 different bottom lines of Qatar tourism in relation of
tourism sustainable development.

Evaluate factors that may prevent
sustainable tourism development
There are numerous issues that are linked with the sustainability that posses
negative impact on tourism development of Qatar. There are numerous
relevant to numerous determinants including climate change,
educational level, globalisation, pollution, social justice etc. In regard of
this, education of level in the Qatar's local community which is
impacting adversely on the social sustainable development.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the places in which visitors come
to visit such as religious places, museums, parks, heritage and
cultural places all affect the development of tourism. Proper
infrastructure and availability of all basic facilities attract more
number of visitors to that place.

Natural resources: This factor cover forests, rain and natural
environment of the tourist destination. As natural environment of
Qatar is good so this attract more number of visitors every year.
Interdependence of society: Visitors visit various tourist destination
for different purpose. It is very important that the place in which
tourist visit should have basic facilities of all type.

Concept of sustainable tourism include those social, environmental
and economic aspects that support in reduce wastage of resources,
save cost of companies, offer various benefits to stakeholders and
also ensure safety of environment.

Analyse various stages in planning for
sustainability
Analysis the supply and demand of tourism: The initial and foremost
phase is to fulfil the demands and supply elated to the tourism
sustainability. After demand analysis, the next phase is to measure
whole supply that consist of hotel, restaurants, transportation, resorts
etc.

Determining the objectives: After determining the demands and supply, it
is significant to recognise key aims or goals to accomplished during the
activities and events.
Evaluation Main Issues: It is firstly fundamental for sustainable evolution
implementation.
Controlling Key Issues: Once the segment of tourism is organised with
the plan creation, it is equally fundamental to evaluate along with
understanding whether this is successfully proven for this region or not.

Private Sector and its description: TESCO plc is the private sector
company serving variety of goods and services to customers.
Size and Scope : respective company is founded in 1919 and currently
working in several countries such as UK, Thailand, Hungary, India,
Malaysia and many other. As per this data of 2017 there are
approximately 4,76,000 number of employees working with them
and they have 6,553 stores.

Conclusion
This can be affirm from the above discussed report that
Sustainable tourism can be referred for forming a proper
balance between among the economic, environmental and
social culture tourism aspects. For different destination of
tourism at country, key stakeholder of country consist of
local government, community, employee, tourist,
regulatory bodies etc.
