INTRODUCTION
SWOT Analysis is study that undertaken through a company to determine strengths and
weaknesses and also external opportunities and threats. This is an examination f situation
through looking at Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. It is useful on personal
level as way to determine areas for the development as part of career discussions (Bocanegra-
Valle, 2019). There will be personal SWOT analysis on my medical aesthetician as working in
own clinic. I will conduct my personal SWOT as I am working as medical aesthetician to
determine my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
MAIN BODY
As I am working as medical aesthetician and my job is related to the skin care so I have
the proper knowledge and understanding about it. My main job role is to help an individual to
make improvement on facial as well as the physical appearance by near- medical services for an
instance exfoliation, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion and some other form of the skin care
related treatments. The main role of Medical aesthetician is to examine skin of patient and
recommend skin care products, give pre and post operative skin care and also help to mange
impact of skin conditions for an instance outbreaks or rashes. They help in reduce appearance of
different skin imperfections of patient lie surgical scars and acne. Strengths are related to skills
or traits which set apart from the others. It is a characteristic that provides the benefit over the
other people. It provides the knowledge regarding the skill that an individual posses and also the
better capabilities which differentiate from others. I have some Strength which other person
cannot posses. As a medical aesthetician, I have deep understanding regarding the product
ingredients, skin and also the benefits they can have. I am working as medical aestheticians, my
main strength is that is have an ability to communicate in a clear as well as concise manner with
the patients when giving the instructions regarding for an ongoing skin care. I can able to interact
with the people, listen what they want and also feel them relaxed as well as comfortable. I can
able to develop the positive relationships with the clients on the basis of professionalism and
communication skills that receiving the outstanding or better reviews of customer service. I have
the ability to give the valuable advice to my patients with assure them their skin is in optimum
