INTRODUCTION
The SWOT analysis refers to Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and threats. This
analysis has four techniques that are evaluated in this approach (Abdel-Basset, Mohamed and
Smarandache, 2018). This tool is used to identify an individual positive and negative points they
have which will affect its own career. Report will evaluate SWOT analysis of myself and also
provide related reflection for the same. This will assist to develop a better career development
plan. The action are also determined in this to overcome from weakness and threats.
DISCUSSION
SWOT analysis
Basically the SWOT stands for Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and threats which an
individual have in its career journey. The basic reason for determining this analysis is to develop
the best version of myself (Pesce and et. al., 2018). To get better career position the individual
should evaluate its strength that will help to achieve the desired goal more effectively. The
opportunities are to be identified before entering any field. There are various weakness and
threats that any individual have that may affect its career growth in the particular field. For my
career growth I have to evaluate the positive as negative aspects of myself and SWOT analysis
will help me find all of those points. In this analysis are two different factors intrinsic and
extrinsic, internal includes strength and weakness that will affect the objective which I have
made. External factor involve that elements of improvement of skills and knowledge in the
market.
Strength: As I have to become a head of Human resource management, so I have good
knowledge regarding the subject of human resource. The activities which are performed by HR
people are also well-known by me (Navarro-Martínez And et. al., 2020). I can effectively
manage my work in limited time frame so that their will be no delay and time is also used in
effective manner. My communication skills are more effective as I can provide information to
group of people as well as to individual person. I have done MBA from foreign university that
will provide me modern and more effective knowledge about my study. I can perform the work
more efficiently than any other. I used to evaluate my task and duties when I was in my
university and also complete my assignments and projects in the given time period. I have build
